Yokohama City Prenatal and Postnatal Helper Dispatch Business

1. Dispatch target

This is a project to dispatch helpers to households registered as residents in Yokohama City that fall under the following items and provide assistance with housework and childcare
  • Households that are pregnant, have mental or physical problems, etc., and need support because there is no one else to do housework or childcare during the day (* From April 1, Reiwa 7, it can be used even in the case of pregnancy of the first child)
  • Households that are less than 5 months old (or 1 year after childbirth in the case of multiple births) and need support because there is no one else to do housework or childcare during the day.

2. Details of support

  • Support for housework
    ・ It is possible to make healthy meals using vegetables and dry foods for pregnant and lactating mothers.
    ・Cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc.
  • Support for childcare
    ・Milk formula
    ・Diaper change
    ・ Moku bath assistance, etc. (Moku bathing cannot be mainly done by a helper)
    ・Transportation to and from nursery schools accompanied by parents
    * It will be held in a place where the user (pregnant woman) and the child are together. It is not possible to leave the helper and the child alone, take care of the child, or go out

3: Procedures from application to start of use

  • If you would like to dispatch a helper, please contact Miyashita Midwifery Hospital (045-231-1788) to confirm whether or not a helper can be dispatched At that time,

    - What kind of support do you want?
    We will confirm your name, address, expected date of birth, etc
  • Please complete the application procedure at the Welfare and Health Center (Children and Family Support Division) in your ward
  • A few days after the application, you will receive a "Yokohama City Prenatal and Postnatal Helper Approval Notice" from the ward office.
    You can start using it as soon as you receive the usage approval notice, so please contact the Midwifery Hospital and apply for use

4．Usage fee

for 2 hours 1,500 yen
for households on public assistance and households exempt from inhabitant tax (estimated annual income of 2.7 million yen or less) Free
for households with an income rate of 77,100 yen or less (estimated annual income of 3.6 million yen or less) 500 yen

5．Precautions

  • If the user (pregnant woman) is absent, it cannot be used
  • If there is a patient with an infectious disease in the household, we will refuse support. If you do not contact us in advance and an infectious disease is discovered during your visit, we will stop supporting you and charge you a cancellation fee
  • If you are raising animals, please inform the operator in advance (Because some helpers are allergic to animals)
  • It cannot be used while the user is engaged in an in-house job or family business

横浜市産前産後ヘルパー派遣

横浜市内に在住で次のいずれかに該当するご家庭へ、横浜市と契約した産前産後支援ヘルパー派遣事業者からヘルパーを派遣し、家事及び育児の援助を行う事業です。

  • 第2子以降を妊娠中で、心身の不調等により子供の養育に支障があり、また日中家事または育児を行う方が他にいない妊婦さん
    （医師の診療情報提供書が必要）
  • 単体児（1人）ご出産の方は産後5ヶ月未満まで、多胎児（双子以上）をご出産の方は産後1年までの間で、心身の不調により子どもの養育に支障があり、また日中家事または育児を行う方が他にいないご家庭
    （医師の診療情報提供書は不要）

申請方法について

まずは、みやした助産院（045-231-1788）までお電話いただき、ヘルパー派遣の可否をご確認ください。その際に
  • いつ頃から
  • どのくらいの頻度で

ご利用希望であるかと、お住まいのご住所等の情報をお伝えいただきます。

その後、住まいの区の福祉保健センター（こども家庭支援課）に、横浜市産前産後ヘルパー派遣の利用申請をしてください。

  • 産後のご利用を希望されている方で、32週以降であれば、出産前に申請が可能です。
  • 産前にご利用を希望されている方は、体調不良を証明できる診療情報提供書も合わせてご提出ください。
  • 福祉保健センターの審査後、利用承認された方は、当院（045-231-1788）へ再度ご連絡いただき、利用日の3日前までに日程の調整をしてください。

  • 妊娠中、授乳中のママにもお子様にも優しい野菜中心のお食事作り
  • ご自宅にある食材でお作りします

お買い物

  • 食材や日用生活用品などのお買い物

お掃除・お洗濯

  • 掃除機がけ、モップがけ
  • 食器洗い
  • 衣類の洗濯・補修
  • 整理整頓

育児支援

  • おむつ交換
  • 沐浴介助
  • 授乳
  • 保護者同伴での、保育園等への送迎

※初回は、ご利用内容の確認や詳細説明などオリエンテーションの時間を約15分ほど設けさせていただきます。

※留守宅での支援、保育はお受けしておりません。

第2子以降を妊娠している妊婦さん
（妊娠中～産後5ヶ月未満）		 産前産後各20回

ご利用可能日時

月曜日～金曜日　9:30～15:30

※土日、祝祭日、年末年始を除く
（日時等、ご希望に添えず調整させていただく場合もございます）

キャンセルについて

  • ご利用日程の変更（追加または中止）を希望する場合は、利用日の3日前（土日、祝祭日、年末年始を除く）の17時までにご連絡ください。
  • ご利用日3日前の17時を過ぎてからの中止、変更はキャンセル扱いとなるため、利用回数として計上いたします。
  • ヘルパー派遣日の前日17:00までに連絡がなかった場合、キャンセル料をいただきます。

キャンセル料

派遣前日の17時～当日訪問の出発までに連絡があった場合 800円
当日、訪問の出発までに連絡がなく、訪問してしまった場合 1,500円
